◈ TERMS OF SERVICE ◈

  • All commissions are meant for personal use only. Commercial rights cost 1.3x the base price. Merchandise rights cost 2x the base price.

  • Payment is done in advance through a PayPal invoice. No other forms of payment are available presently.

  • Turnaround time varies depending on how many commissions I'm working on and the specific type of asset being requested, but generally varies from a few days to a month.

  • I would prefer to be contacted through my work e-mail ([email protected]). Otherwise, send me a direct message on Bluesky or Tumblr.

  • Pixel art projects will include the artwork as well as the Aseprite file.

  • Logo and schedule projects will include the artwork as well as a PSD and/or Illustrator file.

  • If possible, please include detailed descriptions, references, moodboards or sketches when requesting a commission.

  • Will imitate specific styles (e.g., Scott Pilgrim vs. the World: The Game) upon request. However, keep in mind that complex styles will still incur a price increase.

  • I generally retain the right to any artwork created by me and will post it to my social media accounts as well as my portfolio upon completion. I will also, wherever possible, stream my commission work. If it's really important for you to keep the assets confidential, I'm willing to discuss it on a case-by-case basis. An extra fee may be charged.

  • Under no circumstances is my work to be used for any purpose or projects related to generative AI, machine learning, cryptocurrency, Web3, blockchains or NFTs.

  • Additionally, under no circumstances is my work to be associated with any form of bigotry or exploitation. This includes, but is not limited to: LGBTQphobia, pluralphobia, racism, xenophobia and misogyny.

  • The client must credit me visibly or link to one of my socials when using my assets (such as on their Twitch "About" page).

  • Modifications to any of the delivered assets must be mentioned and approved beforehand.

  • I retain the right to reject any commission for any reason I see fit.

  • Please avoid rushing me.
